Leah Landerman is a Project Manager at Perception Institute. She manages systems that undergird complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring workflow management and client communications. Providing comprehensive support for her Perception colleagues as well as our clients, she develops and monitors project work scopes, liaises with key participants, collaborates in planning and execution of meetings, and prepares work products and team operational materials.

Leah’s passion for serving others guides her work collaborating with colleagues and clients to advance social change. She brings significant social justice experience, having worked on voting rights, housing discrimination and racial bias in the criminal justice system. Her work with the Southern Coalition for Social Justice, the Center for Death Penalty Litigation, and assisting in the representation of people on death row has helped protect the civil rights of marginalized communities throughout North Carolina and the South.

Leah earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University, where she concentrated on civil rights and constitutional law. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Community and Justice studies at Guilford College. Leah is currently based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
