Jakita Miller is the Director of Operations at Perception. In addition to her work at Perception, Jakita lives the values of the work that she does by managing a bi-weekly food pantry at a local church, is the Chair of the Social Justice Committee for NCNW (Brooklyn Section), and a member of the Civic Engagement Committee for NAACP (Brooklyn Chapter).

While Jakita isn’t serving her community or organizations, she loves to travel, immerse herself in art and music, and spend time with her family. Jakita hopes to help, inspire and educate people across lines of difference and leave a lasting legacy in this world.
