Today’s Video of the Day is SNL’s recent, hilarious look at gentrification in Bushwick, Brooklyn:

Rachel Godsil, Perception’s Director of Research, has written extensively about gentrification in a variety of venues. A recent piece of hers outlines “The Gentrification Trigger” a possible way that local governments could help community’s benefit from the positive aspects of gentrification without causing the spiraling rent costs that drive people from their homes.
