Rachel Perry is the Deputy Director of Program Management and Strategic Initiatives at Perception Institute. She joined Perception in 2020, bringing wide-ranging experience directing complex projects in the nonprofit and entertainment sectors. During her tenure with Perception, she has managed large-scale, intensive engagements with client organizations across healthcare, philanthropy, criminal justice, and media.

Prior to joining Perception, Rachel was a consultant at CCS Fundraising, a global consulting and management firm that provides strategic fundraising services to nonprofit organizations. Rachel also spent 10 years managing concert operations for New York City-based promoter The Bowery Presents, where she worked closely with artists and their management teams from around the world. Rachel holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. in English and American Literature from New York University. She is from Chicago and currently lives in Brooklyn.
